It has been a long year since last May, 2020 when publishing was only a mere proposition and a pipe dream 25+ years in the making. For those that don't know, Wazlab was originally Baz Studios back in 95', but ultimately the business crumbled under the weight of a more traditional market and model. Baz Studios was reimagined as Wazlab Books in 2020 and birthed as a refresher, but this time with new found determination to prevail and make right to show the world we were not ready to give up.
So, at the height of Covid-19 we utilized our time while home to focus on family and our health. Within that abundance of free time we also found the strength to re-start our lifelong desire of bringing our vision to the world. And Wazlab Books was born.
One full year into our startup, we have overcome many obstacles and fears. Ultimately our vision turned to bloom when we found the heart of the company was with the talent we had hired and the passion in our hearts. Without the raw experienced freelance team backing up the core working fundamentals of Wazlab we would not be where we are today. Now only days away from launching our first Social Growth campaign and 2 months away from completing our first ever, original series, Episode #1 Adventures in Foreverland, mystery at the Forbidden Mountains.
